About the course

My programs: Personal Training, Nutritional Plan, and Habits Training are personalized to best meet your needs.

If your
 goal is to get back in shape, lose weight, or even tone up and sculpt your body - the program FITMe is made for you. 

I also support you in the physical preparation for running. Competing myself, I help you prepare for your challenges and to develop all the necessary qualities (speed, strength, stability, endurance).

My life journey allowed me to understand what works to obtain and keep results. I always educate and discover new methods in the field of sports and nutrition to propose better solutions.
