My journey in the world of theater, cinema, and personal development has allowed me to understand in-depth how our body and our mind interact.

Body expression

We will explore techniques from theatre to improve your physical presence, posture and body language. You will be able to captivate your audience and exert a positive influence thanks to a better control of your movements.
Verbal expression
The ability to express yourself verbally with clarity and confidence is crucial in many everyday situations. Our courses will help you improve your communication skills, structure your thoughts coherently, and speak confidently. You will learn techniques for diction, voice projection, and emotion management so that your words have maximum impact.
Diaphragm strengthening
Breathing is often overlooked, but it plays a crucial role in our physical and mental well-being.
Strengthening the diaphragm, through specific breathing exercises, helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and increase energy. You will discover deep breathing techniques that promote relaxation and mental clarity.
Personal development
Personal development is at the heart of our program. We will provide you with strategies and tools to better understand yourself, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and work on the areas of your life you want to improve. Understanding stress

We will help you understand the mechanisms of stress, identify sources of stress in your life, and implement effective management techniques.
